In 2011 we were appointed by a client in Seer Green, Buckinghamshire to undertake a complete internal house refurbishment following the interior designs of ‘Grand Designs’ architect and designer George Clarke.
We were delighted that the client had appointed us after seeing us work on another property in Seer Green and seen our professionlism and high quality finish first hand.
The internal layout of the property was completed overhauled with a new kitchen living area, stairs location, bedrooms and bathrooms. Just one pillar remained internally which the re-design was based around.
One of the highlights of George Clarke’s design was a full floor and roof line light feature for more natural light to spill out across the landing. The bespoke manufactured feature would have cost the client over £30,000, but we built a similar solution for a 1/10th of the cost.
The client was delighted with the end result which was a completely remodelled house with top quality fixtures, fittings and look and feel.
