Why Projects Go Wrong
So this is why projects go wrong……..
No Strategic Plan: Without this there is no forward think and you can end up with a product that can’t be installed as you want it or it is installed only to be taken out 2 years down the line.
No Brief: without the Brief the Project manager has no clear direction of what “The wants and needs are”.
No Timescales: If there are no timescales agreed then the project could over run or the project will be squeezed and this will affect the cost and quality of the project.
No Feasibility: Without this the board are signing off the project without understand the true costs…..
No Planning: this speaks for itself if we don’t plan how we can think we can deliver a project…..
